How To Find More TimeSystems. That’s it. You don’t need to read the rest of the email. If you’ve ever worked all day and felt like you accomplished nothing, then you need better systems. When I first became a dad, I suddenly had zero free time. The few hours I used to have each day were now squashed down to zero. It was time to sort it out. Why was I wasting time on emails, pointless meetings, or tasks that weren’t getting me more clients? It was busywork. It it wasn’t giving me any freedom. I made a change. I decided to build out systems for my work and my life. People say, “If it’s not in my calendar, it doesn’t exist”. That’s the same for me with tasks and ClickUp.
I’m writing this newsletter on a Monday. I ignored ClickUp 👀 By building reliable systems, I trust that the important things will get done. I don’t have a to carry around this mental load of trying to remember where I am with client projects or if it’s photo day at school. And now, once I finish my tasks… there’s silence. There’s time and space to be present. I used to do something called “screen free Sundays” where I’d switch my phone off for the day. It’s the most relaxed I’ve ever felt. And now I know I can get there again because of the intentional systems I’ve built out in ClickUp. If you’re using ClickUp in your business and know it it could be doing more for you, let me know.
